Spikewell is urgently looking for a talented and passionate Senior SharePoint Developer to join Software Development Center (SDC) in Bhubaneswar. In this role, to be successful, you would have hands-on experience creating clean, scalable SharePoint websites that meet the client’s design and functionality requirements.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND QUALIFICATIONS

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience as a Microsoft SharePoint Online (SPO) Developer including Power Platforms (PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI) and other Microsoft 365 tools (MS Teams, Dynamics, Planner, One Drive).

• Responsible for configuring and customizing SharePoint systems according to specifications, managing permissions, building scalable web applications, writing and modifying code, and debugging software
• Take ownership for design, development, enforcing coding best practices, code inspection, code reviews, and training other developers
• Providing solutions to technical roadblocks and challenges and exploring new technologies
• Provide constructive feedback to developers on coding style and implementation
• Effectively communicate risks and status to the management
• The ideal candidate is a solid individual contributor, a positive team player, and willing to get things done

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Minimum 4 years of full-stack development experience, at least the last two years as a SharePoint Developer
• Extensive knowledge of SharePoint and MS Office software, proficiency with front-end programming languages, and the ability to solve complex software issues
• Knowledge and experience in analysis, design, hands-on development, and delivery of web-based applications utilizing Microsoft SPO using proficiencies in REST API, .NET, JavaScript, jQuery, InfoPath, Visual Studio, Visual Studio Code, SharePoint Client-Side Object Model (OM), HTML, CSS, and SPFx
• Experience migrating from SharePoint 2010/2013 to SPO would be a plus
• Certification in Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS) or Microsoft SharePoint Online (MSPO) is preferred
• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field of study
