Responsibilities:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Salesforce CRM Administrator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of Salesforce functionality, configuration, and administration. As a Salesforce Administrator, you will play a key role in optimizing and maintaining the Salesforce platform to meet the evolving needs of our clients.

• Identify and gather requirements from users and stakeholders.
• Customize and configure Salesforce to align with business processes and requirements.
• Implement and maintain custom objects, fields, validation rules, workflows, and process builder flows.
• Oversee all aspects of user and license management, including new user setup/deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions, and public groups.
• Resolve user support tickets, Provide ongoing user training, and create training materials as needed.
• Ensure data integrity through the design and implementation of data quality best practices.
• Perform data imports, updates, and maintenance tasks as needed.
• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to provide insights into key performance indicators.
• Build and maintain automated processes using workflows, process builder, and Flow.
• Collaborate with development teams for more complex automation requirements.
• Assist in the integration of Salesforce with other systems and applications. Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues.
• Implement and maintain security controls, including sharing rules and security settings.
• Conduct regular security audits and implement best practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 2 to 4 years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
• Salesforce certified administrator or Salesforce advanced administrator certification is required.
• Experience in performing Salesforce upgrades and ensuring successful integration.
• In-depth understanding of Salesforce products, functionality, and Salesforce best practices.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills coupled with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
