Spikewell is looking for an experienced and skilled HR Manager to join our Software Development Center (SDC) in Bhubaneswar. In this role, you work closely with the senior leadership to build and drive HR strategy to foster organizational growth. Roles & Responsibilities:

• Develop and drive various engagement programs to create a positive and motivating environment to achieve the highest employee satisfaction
• Create a conducive culture that enables the individuals to grow the organization & themselves
• Define, set up, and implement best in class HR policies and procedures to create an employer brand in the market
• Manage end-to-end employee life cycle, learning & development, performance management, rewards, talent management
• Serve as an escalation point for any grievances and provide guidance and intervention as needed to resolve them

Experience and Qualifications:

• At least 4 years of experience working as HR Manager in an Information Technology (IT) services and products company
• Must know IT industry best practices in HR Policies and Procedures
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced and dynamic set-up with a strong analytical and people skills
• Familiar with HR global compliance and guidelines, HR functions within the legal frameworks
